This acknowledges receipt of your letters of December 12, 1979, Nay 8, 1980 and October 13,'1980 by which yo'u transmitted Revisions 1, 2 and 3 respectively to the security plan for Turkey Point.Plarit. We have reviewed the changes and agree that many of them are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p). He do not agree, however, that certain other changes are corisistent wi D these provisions. The enclosure to this letter provides additiorial information regarding this position. You will note that for some issues, we have asked for elucidation or c1>anges. Please either revert to your origiml plan or subnit your response to these issues withiri 60 days from the receipt of this lettei.. Also, please note that the format of our enclosuie indicates in which revision the 50.54(p) change first occurred. Revision 1 or 2 changes'hat are at issue and which have already been incorporated by FPSL into Revision 3 will have to be appropriately changed or deleted from Revision 3.
