7 With your application dated February 13, 1981. your Company remitted a

Class III fee of $4,000 and a Class I fee of $400.

The application requested that the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) approve the extension of the completion dates on four modifications to the fire protection. system at Turkey Point Unit Nos.

3 and 4 in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.48(d}.

The ONRR staff completed review of the above application on February 13, 1981.

Based on the data provided by the ONRR staff, it has been determined that this application involved a review that was administrative in nature.

Therefore, Classes II and I fees are applicable.

On this basis, we are concurrently authorizing the Office of the Controller to refund a sum of

$2,800 to your Company.

Refunds are generally processed within a two-week
