& 50-251 Safet and Relief Valve Challen es The following are the safety valve and power operated relief valve actuations for Turkey Point Units 3
& 4 from April 1, 1980 to December 31, 1980 as required by NUREG-0737 and the NRC letter of May 7, 1980, Five Additional TMI-2 Related Requirements to Operating Reactors:
Unit 3 Per procedure 0205.2, Hot to Cold Shutdown,
'PORV valves 455C and 456 were tested for operability on October 6, 1980 and November 27, 1980.
Both valves tested satisfactorily on each occasion.
No other PORV or pressurizer code relief valve actuation occurred for the reporting period.
Unit 4 Per procedure 0205.2, Hot to Cold Shutdown, PORV 455C was tested for operability on November 9, 1980.
The test was satisfactory.
PORV 456 was out of service on that date and was not tested for operability.
No other PORV. or pressurizer code relief valve actuations occurred for the reporting period.
