Dear Dr.. Uhrig:
Based on a recent review of the Security Plan for the St. Lucie and Turkey Point facilities and. concerns expressed by the NRC Office of Inspection and. Enforcement, Region II, we have determined that. your pl'ans require revision.
Accordingly, it is requested that you respond to the enclosed coments.
The information requested and your proposed amendments to the security plans should be submitted for review within 30 days of receipt of this letter.
The enclosure contains information of a type, specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d) and is to be withheld from public disclosure.
In a related matter, a review has been conducted of the four items discussed in the enclosures to your letters dated May 13 and July 24, 1980.
As discussed during our phone conversation on December 5 we concur with the Office of Inspection and Enforcement's findings on all four items.
The Office of Inspection and Enforcement, Region II, will be notified of our conclusion and further.
comments on these. issues should be directed to that office..
