By letter dated July 2, 1980, the Staff advised the Board and parties that it expected to issue a draft environmental impact statement in the captioned proceeding on or about September 1, 1980.
Completion of the draft state-ment within that time-frame has proved unachievable.
The Staff presently estimates that a draft statement will issue on or about October 31, 1980.
