By letter of March 6, 1980, the Staff advised the Board and parties of its intent to prepare an environmental impact statement in connection with the captioned proceeding.
The Staff presently estimates that a draft environ-mental statement will issue on or about September 1, 1980. It expects that the final environmental statement could then. issue on or about December 1,
1980.
