50-250 8 50-251 Emer enc Plan Revision The attached upgraded portions of the Emergency Plan for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 are being submitted in response to an October 10, 1979 letter from Mr. Darrell G. Eisenhut to All Power Reactor Licensees.
We have just received a copy of NUREG-0654 which upon a cursory review appears to impact significantly our efforts in upgrading the Emergency Plan.
The process of upgrading the Turkey Point Plan will continue as additional information is received on relevant NRC recommendations'<and on any applicable emergency planning decisions that may be made by the State of Florida.
Upon completion of the long-term revision effort, we plan to formally process the revised Plan through our on-site and off-site review committees and forward a copy to your office.
