Refer to FPL's response to Item 4 of I. E.Bulletin 79-02, Revision 1, in our final report for Turkey Point Unit 4 submitted to the NRC on July 9, 1979.
Anchor bolt preloads have been established for Turkey Point Unit 4 and will be established in the same manner for Turkey Point Unit 3.

Structural steel shapes were used to a minor extent instead of baseplates for pipe supports with expansion anchor bolts.

For analytical methods used, refer to our response (Part b) to Item 1 of I. E.Bulletin 79-02, Revision 1, in our fina) report for Turkey Point Unit 4 submitted to the NRC on July 9, 1979.
