Request for Evacuation Time Estimates We are compiling the information requested by your letter of November 29, 1979 and plan to forward it to your office by March 15, 1980.
Manpower constraints due to revising emergency plans for two nuclear sites combined with the need to have additional time to work out final arrangements with state agencies have caused delays in compiling this informa-tion.
