Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

Re:

RII:JPO 50-250, 50-251 IE BULLETIN 79-28 The subject Bulletin has been reviewed, and we have determined that no NAMCO Model EA 180 Limit Switches are currently installed in safety related systems at Turkey Point Units 3 and 4.

Thirty-six (36) of these switches are being procured in conjunction with planned modifications.

A document source inspection has indicated that the switches are free of the condition described in the Bulletin.

The switches will be checked again during the receipt inspection.

Very truly yours, o er
