4 Docket Nos, 50-250 8 50-251 Fuel Clad Research Data This letter responds to your letter of November 9 and 27, 1979 concerning the potential effect of new fuel clad research data on the ECCS analysis for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4.
Our NSSS vendor has been engaged in discussions with the NRC Staff regarding the ECCS evaluation model and is presently preparing a response based on the results of these discussions.
It is expected that these results will be ready for transmittal to you, after internal FPL review, by January 23, 1980.
In the meantime, an Fq limit of 1.89 is being administratively imposed on the Turkey Point units in accordance with our letter of November 23, 1979 (Reportable Occurrence 250-79-35).
