ASchwencer Dear Dr. Uhrig Cparrish MGrotenhuis On July 5, 1979, we sent you a letter regarding the Turkey Point Unit No. 4 revised valve test program.
In this letter we said that your August 23, 1978 submittal transmitting a proposed cycling test for check valves had been reviewed and found to be unacceptable.

0-250 and 5th&5 On August 10, 1979 we received two letters from you, L79-219 and L79-220.
Letter L79-219 responded to our phone conversation on July 13. 1979 and transmitted revisions to the August 23, 1978 program.
Letter L79-220 responded to our letter of July 5, 1979 and our July 13, 1979 phone call and concluded by saying that all outstanding issues were dispositioned as a result of that conversation and letter L79-'219.
It is,true that all issues of the July 13, 1979 phone call were dispositioned in letter L79-219.
The staff position regarding the cycling requirements for check valves, which we discussed with your staff in a number of phone calls dating from tray 12, 1978 through June 6, 1979 was presented formally in our letter dated July 5, 1979.
These requirements were not dispositioned in L79-220 and therefore the review is still not completed.
Please respond to this request within 30 days of the receipt of this letter.
Sincerely, Therefore, letter L79-220 incorrectly stated that all matters were dispositioned.
Consequently, we reiterate our request of July 5. 1979.
We ask that you review our position and either indicate that you will accept it or demonstrate that it is impractical to full stroke these valves.

Dear Dr. Uhrig:
On July 5, 1979, we sent you a letter regarding the Turkey Point Unit No. 4 revised valve test program.

On August 10, 1979 we received two letters from 'you, L79-219 and L79-220.
Letter L79-219 responded to our phone conversation on July 13, 1979 and transmitted revisions to the August 23, 1978 program.
Letter L79-220 responded to our letter of July 5, 1979 and our July 13, 1979 phone call and concluded by saying that all outstanding issues were disposi+ioned as a result of that conversation and letter L79-219.
