RII:JPO 50-250, 50-251 IE Bulletin 79-03 The purpose of this letter is to confirm our June 5, 1979 commitment'(L-79-154) to perform periodic inspections of piping spool pieces as required by IE Bulletin 79-03.
One-third of the piping sample will be inspected at each of the next three refueling outages for each unit.
The first inspection will be performed during the upcoming Turkey Point Unit 3 refueling outage scheduled to begin approximately November 20, 1979.
The inspection program used during each outage and the results of each inspection will be maintained at the Turkey Point site for review by your inspectors.
