This office has received a copy of your March 6, 1979 (L-79-51) request which you filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review and approval.
The filing included the results of your Steam Generator'nspections for Turkey Poinh Unit No.
3 and requested permission to return the facility to power operation in accordance with Condition Er4 of License Ho. DPR'-31.
Your request was not accompanied by an amendment/
approval fee as prescribed by Section 170.22 of 10 CFR Part 170.
Since your request acquires NRR review and approval, it is subject to the fee requirements of 5170.22.
He have determined trom 'our preliminary revievl that your request falls in fee Class III ($4,000) because it involves consideration of a single safety issue.
You should promptly forward to this office the sum of
$4,000. If after the final NRR evaluation of yonr request is completed it is determined that it was incorrectly classified, you will be refunded any overpayment or billed for any additional amount due.
