Areas Ins ected:
- Routine, unannounced inspection of plant operations; licensee corrective actions on items of noncompliance; licensee actions on reportable events; tour of accessible plant areas; and follow-up on open and unresolved items.
The inspection involved 64 inspector-hours on-site by two NRC inspectors.
Results:
Of the five areas inspected, no items of noncompliance were found in three areas; two apparent items of noncompliance were found in two areas (infraction - failure to establish and implement housekeeping and removal of combustible materials program (250/78-27-01, 251/78-27-01)
- paragraph I-5a; infraction - failure to conduct gC surveillance as required (250/78-27-02, 251/78-27-02)
- paragraph I-5b).
One previously cited item of noncompliance denied by the licensee was confirmed as noncompliance - paragraph I-6.
