3 and 4.

Revision l,to this report, which was submitted'n December 20, 1977, included a section 3.5 entitled

/Tant security-".

This section refers to specific plans for physical protection of the plant during the repair period which Uwi.l,l be addressed as required".

I The staff has the proposed security plans for the plant'nder review.

Revision 0 dated October 24, 1978 is not yet approved, however,it would require special procedures to be issued for special maintenance activities that involve unusually large nUmbers of people.

Pending staff approval of Revision 0, we require that you commit to and prepare 'special security pro-ceduress applicable to the replacement of the steam generators.

You should commit to the preparation of such procedures within ten (10),days of reciipt of this letter 'and hav'e,them available for NRC inspection ninety (90) days prior to commencing the steam generator replacement activity.
