The method to be used to insure the availability of supplementary

~fire brigade. support personnel. would be addressed in plant instructions.

Question '2 Describe those specific actions for which supplementary fire brigade, support personnel would be expected to fulfillin a fire situation.

During a fire situation, the supplementary fire brigade support personnel would obtain equipment and assist in communications.

Question 3

Describe the training which will be provided for supplementary fire brigade support personnel and its frequency.

The training for the supplementary fire brigade support personnel would consist of identifying and locating the fire support equip-ment at Turkey Point Units-3 and 4.

This training would be conducted every two years.

With regards to the licensee's arguments on the adequacy of a 3-man fire brigade for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4, please provide the qualification of the individual(s) who established the size of the, brigade and the training program for brigade members.

Qualification documentation for the individuals who established the size of the 3-man fire brigade, and the training program for members of the 3-man fire brigade, are attached.
