7590-01-P UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORYCOMMISSION INDIANAMICHIGANPOWER COMPANY DOCKET NOS. 50-315 AND 50-316 NOTICE OF WITHDRAWALOF APPLICATIONFOR MENDMENTTO FACILITYOPERATING LICENSE The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has granted a request by Indiana Michigan Power Company (the licensee) to withdraw its March 26, 1997, application for an amendment to Facility Operating License No. DPR-58 and Facility Operating License DPR-74 for the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, located in Berrien County, Michigan. Notice of Consideration of Issuance of this amendment was published in the FEDERAL REGISTER on May 21, 1997 (62 FR 27796).
The purpose of the licensee's amendment request was to modify the Technical Specifications (TS) to correct administrative errors.
Subsequently, the licensee informed the staff that the amendment is no longer required.
Thus, the amendment application is considered to be withdrawn by the licensee.
