A section of pipe was replaced.

The new weld joints tested satisfactorily.

During a cladding inspection of the east centrifugal charging pump it was discovered that the rotating assembly was worn.

The rotating assembly was replaced.

The pump tested satisfactorily.

1-CS-417-1 (boric acid storage tank transfer pump'to middle boric acid storage tank shutoff valve) was leaking by.

The diaphragm was replaced.

The valve tested satisfactorily.

The east essential service water strainer for the west essential service water pump would not backwash.

A new bracket was made and installed.

The strainer now backwashed properly.

'A'ump valve) was leaking by.

The valve internals were replaced.

The valve tested satisfactorily.

NTR-230 reactor coolant system loop 3 cold leg wide range temperature indication has failed low.

A detective RTD was replaced with a new RTD.

It was subsequently calibrated, and a channel check performed.

It tested satisfactorily.
