Dear Mr. Fitzpatrick:
By letter dated August 4, 1995, and supplemented October 20, 1995, October 23, 1995, December 1, 1995, December 19, 1995, December 20, 1996, and February 24, 1997, you applied for an amendment to the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, Unit 1, Operating License Nos.
DPR-58. The proposed change would have modified the facilitytechnical specifications pertaining to repair of hybrid expansion joint sleeved steam generator tubes.
Subsequently, by letter dated January 6, 1998, you withdrew the amendment request.
The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
