This letter is to inform you that we, will not'e making a submittal in April, 1982 on NUREG-0737, Item I.D.1 "Control Room Design Reviews."
Although Enclosure 1 of NUREG-0737 gives April, 1982, as the date for a
.licensee to make a submittal to the NRC, the text of the NUREG, under "Implementation", states that a complete review using the NUREG-0700 guidelines should be made on a schedule that will be. determined "upon issuance of the guidelines.
Under DocUmentation Req'uired" the text states that the documentation will be determined upon issuance of the guidance.
Since we have not yet received from the NRC the implementation schedule or guidance on how NUREG-0700 should be implemented by the licensee we cannot respond to Item.I.D.3. of NUREG-0737.,
This document has been prepared, following Corporate Procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to insure its accuracy and com-pleteness prior to signature by the undersigned.
