NRC INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT 50-315/316-96004(DRP)
Dear Hr. Fitzpatrick:
This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated June 28, 1996, in response to our letter dated May 16, 1996, transmitting a Notice of Violation.
The Notice of Violation concerned two violations, the first involved your failure to conduct appropriate reviews of temporary changes to procedures and the second violation involved the failure to perform Post Accident Sampling System (PASS) quality control activities in accordance with required procedures.
We have reviewed your corrective actions regarding the second violation and

With regard to the first violation, we are in the process of reviewing your corrective actions related to this violation.
We plan to document the results of our review of this matter in the next routine inspection report.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have concerning this matter.
