MONTHLY OPERATING ACTIVITIES FEBRUARY 1996 HIGHLIGHTS The unit entered this reporting period in Mode 1 at 106%

RTP.

Reactor power was decreased to 95%

RTP February 10, 1996 at 0500 to return Moisture Seperator Reheaters to service.

Reactor power was stabilized at 100% February 11, 1996 at 0246.

The unit exited this reporting period in Mode 1 at 100% RTP.

There were no challenges to the pressurizer safety valves or power operated relief valves.

Gross electrical generation for the month of February was 776520 MWH.
