Reply to Inspection Report 50-528, 529, 530/89-12 File'9-019-026 The referenced letter requested that APS provide a description of our action plan and commitments to resolve the remaining EE-580 system open items.

The attachment to this letter contains this action plan and expected completion dates.

Paragraph 4.C.1 of the subject inspection report states that APS committed to complete action on the 6184 remaining EE-580 items by late 1990.

As discussed within the attachment, APS expects to complete the actions by late 1991.

A detailed plan showing supporting actions necessary to accomplish the resolution of the remaining EE-580 issues is currently being reviewed and willbe available for you review during the course of future NRC inspections.

Review and Search a...:

Review work order (WO) records to determine which WO's implement Design Change Packages (DCP's).

b.

Review DCP WO's to determine which DCP's required EE-580 cards.

Conduct searches of individual WO's and files to locate missing cards' Evaluate cards found to determine if 1) valid, or 2) require cancellation or revision.

Update EE-580 data base and issue new cards, as required.
