RTP October 18, 1995 at 0008 to meet T.S. 3.5.2 requirements to perform planned Safety Injection System maintenance.

Power ascension to 100.

RTP commenced October 18, 1995 at 2200 and was attained October 19, 1995 at 0320.

The unit exited this reporting period in Mode 1 at 100%

There were no challenges to the pressurizer safety valves or power operated relief valves.
