SELF-ASSESSMENT REPORT The Service Water System Operational Performance Inspection
'SWSOPI) report is attached for your information and use.
We conducted the SWSOPI self-assessment following NRC approval.
The self-assessment was conducted under the direction of our nuclear engineering department personnel with oversight provided by Region III inspectors.
We believe the SWSOPI report will assist your efforts during the future reduced-scope SWSOPI inspection.
The SWSOPI findings are being investigated through our corrective actions process.
The recommendations have been assigned to the various responsible individuals within our organization.
We believe the SWSOPI self-assessment process provided an excellent opportunity for us to strengthen our self assessment program.
