Dear Mr. Gallo:
This letter is a voluntary response to Administrative Letter 93-03 dated September 7,
- 1993, which requested updated information concerning
- 1) the number of candidates who will take the operator licensing examination during assigned NRC site visits;
- 2) the schedule for operator requalification examinations; and
- 3) the number of candidates expected to participate in the Generic Fundamental Examination Schedule (GFES) for FY 1994.
This information is provided for the Cook Nuclear Plant in Attachment 1
to this letter.
Attachment 2 is a letter to the Region ZII Operations Branch advising them of our desire to delay the operational portion of the annual exams until May or June of 1994.
We will formally request a delay by separate letter to NRR.
