This letter addresses your March 28, 1980 letter on the subject topic to update you as to the progress being made in this area at our facility.
Me concur with you in that the training programs used for operations personnel should be standards of excellence.
In accordance with your letter we have incorporated those changes necessary to upgrade our reactor qualifications program.
The revised program was sent to Mr. P.
F. Collins, Chief of the Operations Licensing Branch of the N.R.C.
on July 25, 1980 for review and approval.
