t The attachment to this letter contains the proposed Technical Specification No. 3.0.5 and the corresponding bases as requested in Nr, D.
G. Eisenhut's letter of April 10, 1980.
Specification No. 3.0.5, which constitutes a 'new'echnical Specification, has been. reviewed and approved by the Plant Nuclear Safety Review Committee and the AEPSC Nuclear Safety
& Design Review Committee.
These reviews concluded that implementation of the proposed Specification No. 3.0.5 will have no adverse effect on the health and safety of the general public.
As the attached Technical Specification is being submitted in direct response to an NRC request, IMECO interprets 10 CFR 170.22 as requiring that no fee accompany this submitta'l.
