Design Electrical Rating (DER) NET MHe has been changed effective July 1, 1991.

This reduction is the result of the steam condenser tub'e replacements with stainless steel tubes, which cause a higher turbine exhaust pressure.

" Item No. 7:

Maximum dependable capacity (MDC) NET MWe, effective July 1, 1991, will be 1060 during May through October and 1090 during Noveaher through April.

These HET ratings and capabilities reflect historical data on generating capability due to changes in lake water temperature.

Schimmel (616) 465-5901 October 3, 1991 1 of 1 MAJOR SAFETY-RELATED MAINTENANCE Se tember 1991 2-M-1 The turbine Driven Auxiliary Feedwater Pump (TDAFP), 2-PP-4, rolled up to 1000 RPM and stopped during surveillance

testing, due to a malfunction of its speed governor.

The defective governor was replaced and the pump successfully passed surveillance testing.
