Dear Dr. Murley:
Paragraph 6.9.1.5 of the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant Technical Specifications requires that an annual report be submitted to address personnel
- exposure, steam generator in-service inspection
- results, challenges to power-operated relief and safety valves, and information regarding I-131 activity.
In addition, 10 CFR 50.59(b)(2) requires submittal of an annual report describing changes,
- tests, and experiments made in the preceding year.
Consistent with these requirements, attached are two copies of the Cook Nuclear Plant 1990 Annual Operating Report.
This document has been prepared following corporate procedures that incorporate a reasonable set of controls to ensure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
