Cook Nuclear Plant concerning the Confirmatory Action Letter issued on August 21, 1984.
Based on the matters discussed we have reevaluated the exam results taking into consideration the additional comments supplied by D. C.
Cook Training personnel and conclude that the senior operator (SOP-30036-1) has passed the examination and may be returned to licensed duties.
