This confirms a telephone conversation between Mr. P. Barrett of your staff and Mr. G.
C. Wright of this office on August 21, 1984, in which it was agreed that an Enforcement Conference between American Electric Power Service Corpora-tion and the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission will be conducted beginning at 1:00 p.m.
on Friday, September 7, 1984, at the Region III offices in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
Mr. Dolan's attendance at this meeting is specifically requested.
The purpose of this meeting is to review recent events involving reactor operator knowledge of technical specifications and system operation at the D. C.
Cook plant.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
