4.3.4 Upon activation of- the EOF, Public Affairs personnel will move from the TSC to the EOF. Before leaving the TSC, the Public Affairs personnel will obtain copies of the chronological history log and give them to the Corrmunications Director upon their arrival to the EOF. In the event that the EOF is manned before the Public Affairs personnel report to the TSC, a runner from the OSA will be dispatched to the EOF with copies of the chronological history log.

Reason: Provide history of the event to EOF personnel without having to tie up the dedicated test phones. This leaves the dedicated test phone open for transmittal of current key points concerning the event.

ADD:

4.3.5 Note If there is not a release presently occurring or if the data used in the dose calculation is not considered as being reliable. Exhibit C must still be processed. Exhibit C contains additional information (besides dos assessment information) that must be relayed to off-site agencies.
