M. Digg's letter dated May 31, 1979 concerning payment of additional-fees, in the amount of $2,800.00, for NRC processing of our proposed modifications to the Rod Position Indicator (RPI) System Technical Specifications..
By letter dated March 19,
- 1979, AEP:NRC:00145, we filed an application for amendment to Facility License Nos.
DPR-58 and DPR-74 to incorporate the proposed changes into the RPI Technical Specifications for the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant Unit Nos.
1 and 2.
As requested in his letter of July 16,
- 1979, a check in the amount of $2,800.00 accompanies Mr. Miller's copy of this transmittal.
