This office has received a copy of your t1arch 19, 1979 application for amendment to Facility License Hos.
DPR-58 and DPR-74 which you filed with the Office of nuclear Reactor Regulation for review and approval.
The application proposed changes to the Cook Units 1 and 2 Technical Specification relating to the Rod Position Indicator System.
The application was accompanied by fees totalling $1,600 for Classes II and I.
Me have determined from our preliminary review of the application that the requested action falls in amendment fee Classes III and I (totalling $4,400) because it involves consideration of a 'single safety issue and is for a duplicate amendment.
You should forward the additional fee of $2,800 promptly to this office. If after the final evaluation of your application is completed it is determined that it was incorrectly classified, you will be refunded-any over-payment or billed for any additional amount. due.
