STORM WATER ANNUAL REPORT Indiana Michigan Power Company (I M) is the holder of General Storm Water Permit No.
MIR70P008 for Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant.
Section 3.2 to part II of appendix B
(environmental technical specifications) to facility operating licenses DPR-58 and DPR-74 requires that changes and additions to the State Certifications be reported to the NRC.
In a letter dated November 2,
- 1998, the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality was sent the Annual Report as required by the permit.
Appendix K of the annual report identifies changes to the, Storm Water Permit No. MIR70P008.
As required by the environmental technical specifications, a copy of the cover letter and attached "Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan Revision Sheet" is hereby submitted.
Due to an internal oversight, I M failed to send a copy to the NRC within the thirty (30) day period specified in the environmental technical specifications.
