This is to acknowledge receipt of Revision 8 to the Donald C.
Cook Emergency Plan dated November 30, 1989.
This revision was received in our office on December 18, 1989.
Me have reviewed the changes to the Donald C. Cook Emergency Plan and determined that they are consistent with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan.
These changes are, therefore, acceptable.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
