Thank you for your letter of May 12, 1988, which included a copy of the scope and objectives for the 1988 Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant Emergency Plan Exercise, which is scheduled for August 23-24, 1988.
We have reviewed the scope and objectives of the exercise and find them acceptable.
The entire scenario package will be reviewed by my staff and comments will be provided by telephone to Mr. R. Krieger of your staff as soon as they are developed.
Thank you for your timely submittal within the recommended 75 days prior to the annual exercise.
