Dear Mr. Dolan:
We have completed our preliminary assessment of the Indiana and Michigan Electric Company submittal on the Detailed Control Room Design Review dated December 30, 1986 and have arranged with your staff to meet on the subject during the week of February 23rd.
The prelimina~y findings and a proposed agenda for the meeting are attached.
No response to this letter is required since the information is to support the meeting discussions.
We will also be issuing a meeting notice to reflect our meeting in Columbus on February 23-thru 25 and at the D. C.
Cook Nuclear Plant site on February 26 and 27, 1987.
