We have received a copy of your application dated April 14, 1986, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.
This application requested concurrence that the noble gas monitoring detector system's range capability, sensitivity, and linear-ity are sufficient and that further primary calibration of the system is not necessary for the D.C.
Cook Nuclear Plant Unit Nos.
1 and 2.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170 were not remitted with your application.
This rule requires licensees to remit an application fee of $ 150 with each application for license amendment, relief, exemption and other request.
Therefore, a fee of $ 150 is due.
We received a check for $ 150 from Indiana
& Michigan Electric Company dated April 17, 1986, which was not accompanied by an application.
In a telephone conversation on April 28, 1986 between Mr. Jim Feinstein and Ms. Terry Schultze of our staff, Mr. Feinstein informed us that the check had been sent for an emergency TS change which had been cancelled.
Rather than apply the
$ 150 fee to a future application, as Mr. Feinstein suggested, we are applying the fee to the April 14, 1986 application.
