addendum consisting of a Confirmatory Measurements
Program data
sheet for Inspection
Reports
No. 50-315/85037
and No. 50-316/85037 transmitted
by our letter dated
December
9, 1985.
Results
show disagreements
for gross
and
no comparison for strontium -89 and -90.
The
reason for the disagreements
may be due to the fact that
a nonrepresentative
split was
made
because
the sample
was obtained
from a dirty waste holdup tank.
As
a result
we have arranged for the
NRC Reference
Laboratory to send you a
spiked
sample containing beta emitters for you to analyze.
This Open Item 50-315/85037-01;
50-316/85037-01 will remain
open pending
satisfactory
comparisons
of the spiked sample.
Please
attach this addendum to your copy of our inspection report.
