of our findings with Mr.

your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
The enclosed
copy of our inspection report identifies areas
examined during

Within these
areas,
the inspection consisted
of a selective
examination of procedures
and representative
records,
observations,
and
, interviews with personnel.
During th'is inspection, certain of your activities appeared
to be in
violation of NRC,requirements,
as specified in the enclosed
Notice.
A
written response
is required.
Note that violation No.
1 in the Notice of
Violation involves
an issue identified as
a previous violation (315/84016-02B;
316/84018-02B) for which corrective action taken
was not effective.
In
responding to this item, please
indicate the additional
steps
management
is
taking to ensure satisfactory resolution of the issue
and describe
the method
to be used to verify that these
steps
are effective.
In accordance
with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's
regulations,
