Cook Nuclear Plant to discuss wrong train/
wrong unit events.
This meeting was requested by the NRC to obtain information for use in developing industry guidance for prevention of such events.
The presentations and information provided by your organization were outstanding.
We were given sample materials and photographs from your tagging and labeling program and were allowed to tour and photograph areas as we so desired.
The interviews with the operators and technicians were very open and helpful.
We wish to thank you and all individuals at the site for the cooperation and assistance.
