We have received a copy of your application dated February 14, 1985, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.
This application proposed certain Technical Specification changes relating to heatup and cooldown curves for the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant Unit Nos.
1 and 2.
Although your application stated an application fee of $150 was enclosed, this fee was not received by us.
Mr. James Feinstein was notified on February 26, '1985, and on April 8, 1985, that a check was not enclosed with your application.
To date, we have not received the $150 application fee for this request.
Therefore, it is requested that your Corporation remit the required application fee of $150 for the February 14 application.
Your Corporation will be billed for any additional costs for the review of this application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
