From our preliminary review of your program, we find it acceptable for implementation until we have completed our more formal review in about eight months.

The surveillance requirements of the Technical Specifications should continue to be met.

If there are any conflicts in these requirements and your proposed program, they should be brought to our attention for resolution during our review of your program.

If there are any question in this matter, please let us know.
