COOK FIRE PROTECTION INFORMATION TO GRAI'ID JURY
'In August 28, 1984 in a memo from Briggs to Chilk and Dircks, attached, we were informed of the Michigan Grand Jury subpoena to provide a copy. of all information on fire protection related to D.C.
Cook.
You may read the subpoena and the Briggs memo to see what information is to be provided, but it is clear to me that if it exists and is related to D.C.
Cook, the Grand Jury wants it.
This is not a FOIA and dxceptions do not apply.
Please see that everyone in your group that may have been involved is made aware of the subpoena and requirements for marking the documents.
I will make a list of information in my files and give you a copy so that you do not have to duplicate.
I would like to have everyone's list of documents and a copy of the documents by COB September ll, 1984; we must respond by COB September 12, 1984.
