We have received a copy of your application dated Harch 15. 1984, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review in connection with the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Power Plant Vnit Nos.
1 and 2.
This application requested relief from 10 CFR 50.55a(g) to allow both facilities to begin the second 10-year inspection interval on the same date.
Fees pursuant to 170.22 of the March 23, 1978 regulations were not remitted with your application.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as a result of their pre-liminary review of your application. ft has been determined that a Class III fee ($4,000) and a Class I fee ($400) are appropriate since the re-view will involve consideration of a single safety issue and a duplicate unit.
Therefore.
you are requested to remit the sum of $4,400 to this office. If the ONRR staff's final review of your application reveals that these fees are not appropriate, you wfll be notified and any neces-sary adjustments will be made.
