We have received a copy of your application dated lhrch 8, 1984, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.
This application requested relief from certain ASME Code inspection require-ments for the D. C. Cook Nuclear Plant Unit Nos.
1 and 2.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 were not remitted with your request.
Based on information provided.by the ONRR staff as the result of their pre-liminary review of your request, it has been determined that a Class III fee ($4,000) and a Class I fee ($400) are appropriate since the review will involve consideration of a single safety issue and a duplicate unit. If the ONRR staff's final review of your request reveals that these fees are not appropriate, you wi11 be notified and any necessary adjustments will be made.
