Cook Pump and Valve Inservice Testing

- program, EGBG Idaho, Inc., has identified a number of deficiencies which need to be resolved.
The contractor's report is enclosed.
It is requested that a meeting be held near the plant site in the near future to discuss the deficiencies.
The purpose of the meeting would be to resolve these deficiencies before the IST resubmittal for the 10 year programs.
